I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?

We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.

What if I made a mistake while customizing?

We understand mistakes do happen, so if you make a mistake you have 48 hours to email theprintingpresh@yahoo.com to change your customized product.

Will I see a mock-up of my product before it is made?

A mock-up will be sent to the email provided before any product is made. After mock-up is approved there will be no changes. Please see our policy regarding returns and exchanges.

What is your turnaround time?

Typically 14-21 days, but can vary depending on schedule. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please email us directly and we can let you know if we are able to process your order sooner. Additional charges apply. Please be understanding as I am a full-time mother and wife. I will always ensure items are completed by a specific date if you need.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

Depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing, we would be happy to expedite your order and have it prepared by a certain date for a $25 expediting fee. Please email directly at theprintingpresh@yahoo.com prior to purchasing rush fee.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the item you order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States please contact us.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that mistakes happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
